This resource is developed with input from an experienced commercial building engineer with more than 15 years in facility maintenance and building systems operations, including HVAC, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting. Guidance is adapted for homeowner-safe tasks; commercial practices are not automatically appropriate for every residence.
